*Sen. Jimoh Ibrahim’s Absence at Ode Erinje Power Substation Commissioning: A Betrayal of Trust and Responsibility*
The people of Ondo South Senatorial District are shocked, disappointed, and outraged by the inexplicable absence of our representative, Senator Jimoh Ibrahim, at the historic commissioning of the Ode Erinje Power Substation in okitipupa local government of Ondo State. This landmark event, which marks a significant milestone in development our senatorial district, was snubbed by the senator elected to represent our interests.
Senator Jimoh’s absence is a stark reminder of his consistent failure to engage with community stakeholders and other institutions that matters, prioritize our needs, and champion our causes.
His lack of commitment to our welfare is a clear indication that he has abandoned his responsibilities and neglected the trust placed in him by the people of Ondo South rather than prioritizing our needs, he seems preoccupied with pursuing personal interests and “chasing shadows.”
We condemn Senator Jimoh’s dereliction of duty in the strongest possible terms. His absence at this critical event is a slap in the face to our people, and his continued absence from crucial engagements that impact our development is a testament to his disconnection from our reality.
We demand better representation, accountability, and transparency from our senator. His actions have made it clear that he is not fit to represent our senatorial district. We will continue to hold him accountable and advocate for the change that our community deserves.
